INNOVAXIONES is a Microsoft Support & Services partner and is currently expanding its services according to Microsoft Support models for 2024 in LATAM (Microsoft Support for Business). Job Responsibilities: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Experience administering ITSM platforms (SysAid, Freshservice, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Ivanti, or similar). * Experience leading IT services/projects. * ITIL 4, PMP (valid), and ITSM certifications. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in project management tools. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
