Required Profile * A graduate professional in **Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum of **4 years** of experience as a **Garment Development Manager**, **Textile Development Manager**, or similar positions, preferably within the textile industry. * Solid knowledge of **production planning and control**, garment development, and garment manufacturing processes. * Technical expertise in **garment construction**, interpretation of technical specifications, patterns, and **fabric shrinkage parameters**. * Experience coordinating the **release of technical specifications, patterns, and production requirements**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Availability to work from **Monday to Saturday** at our plant located in **Chincha**.
