Optimize critical manufacturing processes for power equipment serving the mining sector and buses (electric/CNG), ensure production quality, efficient planning characterized by Engineering-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing, and comprehensive asset lifecycle management (plant maintenance and field services) across the following modules: * **PP:** Expertise in **ETO Manufacturing**, integrated with **PS (WBS)** for cost control and complex project planning. Experience with production routings. * **PM/CS:** Experience in asset lifecycle management, **Condition-Based Maintenance**, management of **Maintenance Orders (MOs)** and **Maintenance Contracts ($SD$)**, technical locations/equipment, maintenance orders and notifications for field services. * **QM:** Implementation of quality management and traceability workflows for critical components (engines, batteries) using **Inspection Lots** and management of **Non-Conformities ($QMAS$)**. **Education:** * Systems/Computer Engineering degree. * Industry Experience: Minimum 4 years as a functional **SAP/R3** analyst in heavy manufacturing, engineering, or automotive/industrial equipment industries, supporting modules PP, PM, and QM. * Experience with basic *debugging* tools (optional but valuable), *Query* ($SQ01$), and $LSMW/LTMC$. **Soft Skills:** * Analytical and Systems Thinking: Applied to product engineering processes and translated into functional SAP solutions. * Functional Leadership: Ability to manage expectations of key users and serve as a technical *mentor*. * Technical and Business Communication: Capability to articulate technical solutions. * Problem Solving: Proactive approach to resolving Level-3 incidents and continuously optimizing processes. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.8,500.00 – S/.9,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What configuration enables a Maintenance Notification (PM), triggered by a failure on critical equipment, to automatically generate an Inspection Lot (QM) for the next supplier spare parts lot? Specify the role of the Quality Maintenance Profile. * How is the system configured so that a high-value component (with Serial Number) cannot be issued to a Production Order (PP) if its Inspection Lot (QM) has not yet received an approved Usage Decision (UD)? Describe the function of material statuses in this workflow. * Describe how a Project Structure Element (WBS) is linked to a Production Order (PP) in an ETO scenario. Which Controlling (CO) configuration parameters ensure correct determination and settlement of actual costs upon order closure? Work Location: On-site employment Application Deadline: 12/31/2025
