We are looking for graduates or bachelor's degree holders from SENATI or university students to join our team in Los Olivos, Lima. **What will you do in this role?** In Office: * **Logistics coordination:** You will be the point of contact to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal staff, ensuring information flow and route optimization. * **Tracking loaded units:** You will monitor in real time the location and status of our transport units, guaranteeing timely delivery and resolution of incidents. * **Quotation management:** You will assist in requesting and analyzing quotations for logistics services, seeking the best options for the company. * **Report preparation:** You will prepare detailed reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency. * **Administrative tasks:** You will perform various administrative tasks to maintain organization and recordkeeping of logistics information. In the Field (at garage located in northern outskirts): * **Vehicle condition supervision:** You will verify the physical and operational condition of vehicles before departure, ensuring they meet safety and maintenance standards. * **Documentation review:** You will ensure that vehicles and drivers have all required documentation up to date (licenses, permits, insurance, etc.). * **Driver supervision:** You will have direct contact with our drivers, supervising their compliance with rules, protocols, and proper execution of their duties. * **Incident resolution:** You will assist in managing and resolving any contingencies or issues arising during field operations. **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree, graduate, or recently graduated technical or university professional in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. * 3 years of experience in operational, logistics, or transportation roles (Essential). * Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office. * Basic or intermediate mechanical knowledge (Desirable). * Valid motorcycle license (Desirable). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Availability to perform field work (in the northern outskirts) and office work (in Los Olivos). **What do we offer you?** * Remuneration from S/2,200 up to S/3,000. * Opportunity for professional development in a key and continuously growing sector. * Comprehensive practical experience combining office and field work. * Dynamic and challenging work environment. * Possibility of growth and supervisory positions. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
