Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within textile or manufacturing companies. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process control, productivity, and operational analysis. Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is desirable. Strong analytical ability, results orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize operational processes within the Third-Party Services department. Monitor and control productivity and efficiency indicators. Identify deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate with PCP, Production, Quality, and other involved departments to ensure adherence to production schedules. Implement continuous improvement tools and operational control methods. Prepare management reports and ensure operational traceability. Working Conditions: Corporate benefits. Growth opportunities.
