Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in billing, collections, and ERP systems to manage accounting operations and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end billing and collections management 2. Accounting account analysis and reconciliation 3. Proficiency in NISIRA ERP and Excel (Mandatory) **POSITION PROFILE** \-Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Accounting. \-Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, administrative, or finance areas. \-Experience in domestic and export billing processes. \-Experience in collections management and customer portfolio control. \-Knowledge of accounting account analysis and reconciliation. \-Intermediate or advanced proficiency in NISIRA ERP and Excel. **(MANDATORY)** \-Familiarity with tax regulations and commercial documentation. \-High level of organization, responsibility, and confidentiality. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Issue, review, and track domestic and export invoices. \-Manage and monitor collections. \-Record and control the company's accounting transactions. \-Perform accounting account analysis and reconciliations. \-Prepare accounting and financial reports. \-Support monthly accounting closings. \-Maintain up-to-date information in the NISIRA ERP system. \-Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper control and tracking of accounting information. \-Provide support during internal and external audits and tax inspection processes. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM. Work Location: Grocio Prado\- Chincha. Work Location: On-site employment
