




Our client**, a MULTINATIONAL LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDER***, is seeking a **Collections Manager** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or graduate in Administration, Accounting, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, call centers, or portfolio recovery. * Experience handling objections and negotiation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Schedule: In-person, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, San Isidro. * Employment registration: General regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct collection calls in English to U.S. clients. * Record, update, and follow up on payment commitments. * Manage reminders, emails, and communications to recover outstanding receivables. * Negotiate agreements and handle client objections. * Prepare reports on collection activities and progress. * Coordinate with internal departments to validate information and update accounts. * Maintain consistent and organized management of each assigned case.
