Contribute to the quality of the educational service We are a Private Higher Education Institute currently seeking qualified personnel to fill the IT Support position, with the following profile: **Requirements** * Technical professional in systems, computer science, or technical support. * Responsibilities: Ensure the operationality, continuity, and support of the Institute's technological infrastructure in alignment with its educational activities, guaranteeing the proper functioning of technological tools supporting teaching\-learning processes, academic and administrative management, and services for students, faculty, and institutional staff, thereby contributing to the quality of the educational service provided by THE INSTITUTE. **Qualifications** * Minimum education: Technical degree * 2 years of experience in private institutes * Age: between 25 and 35 years old * Knowledge: Virtual Education * Familiarity with platforms such as Q10 * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency Full-time, on-site position.
