Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its regulations. * Knowledge of management systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) at the *operational application* level. * Courses, specialization, or diploma programs in Occupational Safety and Health. * Knowledge of emergency management, emergency response teams, and first aid. * Knowledge of the use and management of personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant and 1 year as a Junior Analyst or equivalent roles.** * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word. * Residence in Southern Lima or nearby districts. Responsibilities: * Support the control and updating of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Management System documentation. * Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment in operational areas under supervision of the system responsible person. * Carry out periodic safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes. * Collaborate in the development and updating of the Annual OSH Program. * Monitor mandatory records of the OSH Management System. * Participate in incident and accident investigations, preparing preliminary reports. * Issue reports on unsafe conditions and track corrective actions. * Manage the distribution and control of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support coordination of internal and external audits related to OSH. * Provide OSH inductions to new staff. * Deliver basic safety training sessions. * Coordinate activities with emergency response team members and support execution of emergency drills. * Support hazardous waste management and environmental coordination activities. * Conduct active breaks with staff.
