**1. Job Mission:** Support the efficient management of the warehouse through the receipt, recording, storage, and dispatch of materials, supplies, and finished products, ensuring physical and documentary inventory control, order, cleanliness, and traceability of stock. **2. Functions:** ∙ Verify the conformity of received products according to the delivery note, purchase order. ∙ Record entries and exits in the corresponding system or format. ∙ Classify and store materials according to their type, batch, and rotation. ∙ Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas. ∙ Apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) system. ∙ Prepare internal or external orders according to the delivery note for all sales channels. ∙ Coordinate with production or dispatch departments for product pickup. ∙ Participate in weekly or monthly inventories, reporting discrepancies and stock control. ∙ Comply with internal warehouse control procedures. ∙ Schedule shipments according to service schedules. ∙ Comply with company regulations and report incidents, risks, or damages to infrastructure and equipment. ∙ Perform other activities requested by the immediate supervisor. **3. Requirements:** ∙ Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and/or warehouses within production plants. ∙ Basic knowledge of inventory and loss control. ∙ Basic Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ∙ Ability to follow procedures and maintain an organized work environment. ∙ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in logistics management. ∙ Studies in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields. **4.
