Job Summary: We are seeking a specialized technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems, including fault diagnosis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. 2. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems. 3. Evaluates and diagnoses faults in air conditioning equipment. **Requirements:** * Graduate or certified in Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance, Air Conditioning Maintenance, or related fields. * Two (2) years of experience in the position. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems—including conventional AC, precision AC, VRV, etc.—across various types and capacities. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of forced ventilation systems—such as injectors, extractors, air curtains, etc. * Evaluation and diagnosis of faults in air conditioning equipment. * Other assigned maintenance-related activities—e.g., preventive maintenance of electric pumps, grounding systems, electrical panels, generator sets, etc. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Life insurance from day one. * Corporate discounts on clinic services for the employee and family.
