**Date:** Jan. 17, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure the proper planning and execution of the Annual Internal Audit Plan, delivering value to the Board’s Audit Committee and Management through high-quality recommendations, preventive involvement, and ongoing advisory services aimed at improving processes, strengthening internal control, and ensuring appropriate risk management, while always maintaining the independence of the role.**What will you do in your role?** * Plan and ensure execution of the Annual Internal Audit Plan, applying a risk-based approach. * Guarantee the quality, consistency, and updating of the internal audit methodology and framework at the corporate level. * Assess and prioritize relevant risks and findings, proposing timely remediation actions. * Supervise the progress and outcomes of internal audits and special reviews conducted by the audit team under your supervision. * Report clearly and promptly to the Audit Committee and Senior Management, providing high-value recommendations. * Promote continuous process improvement, strengthen internal control, and foster a preventive culture, always maintaining the independence of the role. **What do we need from you?** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Accounting. * Master’s degree or specialization in Auditing, Risk Management or related fields. * Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in managerial or similar leadership positions. * Knowledge of Supply Chain processes. * Solid expertise in Internal Auditing, Forensic Auditing, Risk Management, Internal Control Systems, and ISO standards. * Proficiency in international frameworks and standards such as COSO, COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and ISO 27000. * Advanced SAP proficiency, with knowledge of key operational modules (e.g., SAP PM Maintenance). * Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or related certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CSX). * Knowledge of SOX processes (desirable). * Proficiency in Analytics tools (TeamMate, ACL, Power BI or others). * Experience in project management, agile methodologies (Scrum), and ISO standards for quality, safety, and environment.
