Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in occupational safety and health management systems, HSE supervision, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the HSE Management System 2. Proficiency in Peruvian and international HSE regulations 3. Supervision of compliance with standards and high-risk activities Bachelor’s degree or technical/university diploma in Industrial Administration, Environmental Engineering, HSE, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Specialization or diploma in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Knowledge of current Peruvian and international HSE regulations. * Verified HSE courses or training. * Proficiency in software such as Office, Canva, Power BI. * Intermediate English. * Soft skills and leadership capability. **Minimum 02 years of experience in:** * Managing the Management System: Planning, organization, supervision, and improvement of the area. * Certification body audits: Hodelpe, SGS, etc. * Application of OSH legislation: Proficiency in Law No. 29783, Occupational Safety and Health Law, and its regulation (Supreme Decree No. 005-2012-TR). * Supervising compliance with HSE standards. * Supervising high-risk activities.
