In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors, including mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** Support and/or perform metallurgical tests related to comminution, flotation, and hydrometallurgy in the laboratory. Key responsibilities include: * Verify calibration status, verification, and operational readiness of equipment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the laboratory and comply with laboratory safety standards. * Prepare reagents and standards for testing. * Perform mechanical sample preparation (inventory, drying, crushing, homogenization, pulverization). * Conduct metallurgical tests according to established procedures and instructions. * Carry out necessary quality controls during test execution. * Report required data and information for result evaluation in the records established for each process. * Participate in developing techniques or methods to be applied in implementation cases. * Identify non-conformities or opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions specific to assigned activities. **Requirements** * Graduate of a technical program or bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Chemistry. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar activities. * Knowledge of mineral processing. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in sample handling and data recording. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays when required. * Physical capability to handle laboratory equipment and materials. * Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Ongoing training. * Corporate agreements.
