Job Summary: This role executes and coordinates the electronic blasting process, ensuring correct detonation and customer satisfaction, as well as generating reports and conducting training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination and execution of electronic blasting processes. 2. Generation of reports and post-blast results monitoring. 3. Training on products and addressing customer needs. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process of blasting to ensure correct detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Carry out the blasting design process, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect information from the blasting process and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding indicators, progress, anomalies, support for downstream post-blast results tracking, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training sessions on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing their requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Preferably 1 year of experience in mining. * Mining Technician or related degree. * Desired knowledge of blasting processes. * Preferable A2b or A1 license (3 years old).
