Closely manage engineering activities during the various stages of project development, ensuring compliance with scope, cost, and contractual milestones established in the schedule, communicating and implementing solutions for any deviations. 2. Manage engineering development contractors, optimizing resources to deliver the project portfolio. 3. Control and supervise technical coordination of the project, as well as compliance with applicable technical specifications. 4. Ensure application of Peruvian National Standards and Repsol’s design, construction, and SCMA specifications during the design phase. 5. Coordinate engineering activities both with the Process Area and Construction, managing the review of engineering deliverables; as well as supervising the arrival of documentation, equipment, and materials at the warehouse, to ensure achievement of established objectives. 6. Participate in investment project proposals, developing their technical specifications and investment estimates, in collaboration with the Process Area. 7. Ensure that technical documentation associated with assigned projects is up to date and properly integrated into IT systems and document management. 8. Supervise the change management process. 9. Manage project capitalization and closure. 10. Manage authorization procedures, permits, and licenses required for project execution.
