





DESCRIPTION A prominent mining sector company is seeking a Security Coordinator to fulfill the following responsibilities: * Ensure operational security in the field through continuous presence, security perimeter control, access point management, and patrols. * Detect, prevent, and report field risks, proposing immediate mitigation actions. * Supervise the security contractor, ensuring discipline, compliance, and service quality. * Coordinate operations with the designated internal responsible party and maintain informational liaison with the external intelligence consultant. * Lead information management activities related to illegal and artisanal mining, collecting information and preparing alerts. * Operate and support surveillance systems and security cameras, coordinating incident follow-up and action plans. REQUIREMENTS * Professional background in Armed Forces, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in physical security within the mining sector. * Knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control systems. * Knowledge of risk management and vulnerability analysis. * Knowledge of physical security standards. * Knowledge of emergency response protocols. * Proficiency in monitoring software and reporting platforms. * Ability to prepare technical and executive reports. * Availability to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule
