**Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree or Technician** in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields. * **Proficiency** in **Standard G050** and **Law 29783**. * Minimum of **2 years of experience supervising high-risk work**. * **Previous experience** in similar positions, leading projects related to occupational health and safety. **Responsibilities:** * **Implement control measures** to mitigate accident risks at the worksite. * **Develop PETAR** (Emergency Plans for Working at Heights) and **ATS** (Safe Work Analysis). * **Design and ensure implementation** of the **Annual SSOMA Program**, guaranteeing compliance across all project areas. * **Manage compliance** with the **Environmental Adaptation and Management Program (PAMA)**. * **Prepare and keep updated** the documentation of the **SSOMA Management System**. * **Coordinate and monitor** activities of the **Occupational Physician**, ensuring the well-being of all personnel. **We are looking for:** A **professional passionate about prevention**, with **strong field leadership skills** and the ability to **promote a safety culture** within the team, encouraging safe work practices aligned with current regulations.
