Job Summary: Supervises and manages environmental compliance in energy infrastructure projects, ensuring proper implementation of environmental management plans and coordinating with various stakeholders. Coordination with contractors, authorities, and communities At **Alupar Perú**, we are a multinational leader in the development and construction of power transmission line projects. We are currently seeking a **Field Environmental Supervisor**. **Project:** *\- "SET Maravilla 138/22.9/10 kV – 25 MVA and associated transmission lines."* **Requirements:** * University graduate in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Biology, Geography, Natural Resources Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Geographical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum five (05\) years of professional experience in environmental management, supervision, or monitoring of infrastructure projects. * Experience in energy infrastructure, mining, road, linear works, or similar projects. * Knowledge of Environmental Management Instruments (DIA, EIA, ITS, and others) and applicable environmental regulations. * Experience in environmental compliance supervision during construction phases. * Experience in coordination with contractors, authorities, and local stakeholders. * Ability to prepare technical reports, compliance reports, and environmental indicator tracking. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in ArcGIS or QGIS is desirable. * Experience in transmission line and electrical substation projects is desirable. * **Willingness to reside near the districts of Juliaca and Puno (Department of Puno) and conduct permanent field activities.** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with environmental and social commitments established in the project’s Environmental Management Instruments. * Verify correct implementation of environmental management programs, plans, and measures by contractors and subcontractors. * Conduct environmental and social field inspections. * Identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation. * Prepare technical reports, supervision reports, and environmental compliance records. * Manage and validate evidence of environmental compliance. * Provide support during audits, supervisions, and inspections conducted by competent authorities. * Coordinate with contractors, communities, and other project stakeholders. **Benefits:** * 100% EPS health insurance coverage for the employee and dependents * Career development path Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1\.00 per hour Application question(s): * What is your gross salary expectation and your availability to start work? * What is your academic degree and title? * On a scale of 1 to 10, how proficient are you in ArcGIS or QGIS? * On a scale of 1 to 10, how well do you know Environmental Management Instruments (DIA, EIA, ITS, etc.) and applicable environmental regulations? * How many years of experience do you have in environmental management, supervision, or monitoring of infrastructure projects? * Do you have experience in energy infrastructure, mining, road, linear works, or similar projects?
