A prestigious university in Lima (PUCP) is seeking: "Operations Supervisor" **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or completed technical studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions (e.g., Supervisor, Cafeteria Manager, Coordinator, or Department Head), leading teams in concession management, industrial catering, or mass food service operations. * ERP system knowledge (Starsoft preferred). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Training in BPM or HACCP (desirable). * Must reside in San Miguel or nearby areas to PUCP. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Oversee all services across locations to ensure smooth and satisfactory operations. * Monitor overall operations, site activities, and emerging service needs. * Ensure adequate supply of materials and that food service points are fully stocked. * Address complaints or claims as they arise. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary: PEN 4,000 or PEN 4,500. * Work location: San Miguel – PUCP. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system from day one. * Timely monthly payments. * Pleasant work environment.
