A **national technology company** is looking for a **Level 2 Technical Support Technician** to provide on-site support for a **telecommunications company**, located in **San Isidro**. The position aims to manage the client's site and deliver micro-IT support, ensuring agile, organized, and service-oriented assistance. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in on-site technical support**. * **Technical or university degree** in **Systems, Computing, Networks, and/or related fields**. * Proficiency in **Windows environments** and **Microsoft tools**. * Experience managing tickets using **JIRA**. * Availability to work **on-site** in San Isidro.
