Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide service for multi-brand computer equipment and printers, performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support for multi-brand computer equipment and printers. 2. Diagnosis, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance. 3. Installation and configuration of operating systems and drivers. Job Description: We are a technology services partner and are seeking a Technical Support Technician for provincial areas to provide service for multi-brand computer equipment and printers (Lexmark, Xerox, HP, Brother, etc.). Work will be performed on-demand for clients under an independent service arrangement (not payroll-based). ______________________________________________________________________ Main Responsibilities: For computer equipment (PCs and laptops): * Diagnosis, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows, basic Linux). * Formatting, data backup, migration, and recovery. * Hardware assembly and upgrades. For printers (Lexmark, Xerox, HP, Brother, etc.): * Driver installation, configuration, and updates. * Preventive maintenance (cleaning, calibration, consumables inspection). * Corrective maintenance (paper jams, print quality issues, part replacement). * Network configuration (IP settings, print queues, shared printers). * Diagnosis of electronic and mechanical failures. * Inspection and reporting of assigned equipment status. ________________________________________________________________________ Requirements: * Technical degree in Computing, Electronics, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience supporting PCs, laptops, and printers. * Solid knowledge of hardware and software. * Proficiency in Windows operating systems (mandatory). * Basic networking knowledge (network printer setup). * Customer-oriented attitude, proactivity, and strong communication skills. * Immediate availability to work in provincial areas (cases will be assigned in the city where the technician resides).
