




An industrial company specialized in engineering services, maintenance, and coatings, focused on executing projects in the mining, energy, gas, oil, and construction sectors, is looking for a **Customer Service Assistant**: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or corporate customer service, specifically in offering services. * Essential experience in cold calling, with a focus on identifying needs and scheduling commercial appointments. * Experience in call center sales or mass-market products such as insurance, credit cards, loans, or phone lines will not be considered. * Completed or incomplete technical or university studies. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * **Work mode:** 100% on-site work at the office located in San Miguel (half a block from Plaza San Miguel). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Payroll:** Immediate enrollment under Remype regime, includes 15 days of vacation, family allowance of S/ 113.00, EsSalud, and retirement insurance **(No bonuses or CTS provided)**. * **Compensation:** Fixed salary plus commissions. Employees start earning commissions from the first successful sale, without needing to meet a minimum target. Commission is paid whenever the activity results in a quotation issued to the interested company. Commissions can reach up to double the base salary. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Make telephone contact with companies to present the services offered by the company. * Generate qualified business opportunities through cold calls or databases by identifying specific needs. * Qualify prospects and coordinate visits with the Field Executive. (**Your responsibility ends when the client expresses a specific problem or need and requests a commercial visit**) * Follow up on each generated opportunity, verifying that the visit has taken place, the quotation has been sent, and that the process continues to progress. * Record all sales activities in the CRM and internal systems, documenting calls, emails, and observations, and preparing sales reports.
