INKA FISH, a gastronomic company specializing in marine and criolla cuisine, is looking to incorporate a committed, organized, and collaborative **Dishwasher** into its team, for its location in the district of **San Miguel**. **Responsibilities** * Wash, disinfect, and prepare dishes, utensils, and pots according to internal procedures. * Sort, dry, and properly store clean dishes. * Manage waste correctly and assist with general area cleaning. * Maintain the work area in optimal conditions of order and hygiene. * Report any incidents or equipment malfunctions detected. * Provide support in related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in dishwashing or similar positions. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Availability to work in San Miguel. **Schedule** * From 9:00 a.m. \- to 6:00 p.m. * Rest day to be chosen between Monday and Thursday. **Benefits** * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Meals provided during the work shift. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * An orderly work environment focused on strong performance.
