Support for continuous improvement of logistics processes **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor purchase orders and schedules with sellers. * Coordinate shipments and arrivals with the shipping department. * Control delivery deadlines and report incidents. * Update the control dashboard and system (Odoo). * Prepare weekly reports and logistics KPIs. * Coordinate with procurement and accounting for delivery validation. * Support continuous improvement of logistics tracking processes. **Requirements** * Technical graduate or studying Logistics, International Business, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in international logistics or foreign trade. * Experience in e-commerce or import companies is desirable. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Knowledge of import processes and ERPs (Odoo preferred). **Competencies** * Organization, attention to detail, and focus on meeting deadlines. * Sense of urgency and operational accountability. * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. * Ability to identify and flag deviations. **Benefits** * Career path and professional growth. * Access to imported products at cost price. * Dynamic environment and relaxation spaces (Nintendo Switch). * Statutory benefits from day one.
