Maintenance of hygiene and safety standards. **Job Mission** Ensure the proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of hotel supplies, guaranteeing order, timely availability, and reliable records to support operational and accounting management, in compliance with quality and hygiene standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and verify goods according to purchase orders and delivery notes. * Accurately record receipts and issues in systems and Excel-based controls. * Store products in an orderly manner applying **FIFO** rotation. * Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies with accounting records. * Prepare and dispatch orders to various hotel departments. * Assist in periodic physical inventories. * Report waste, expirations, or inconsistencies. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and product handling regulations. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Accounting (preferred). * **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office (especially **intermediate Excel**). * Inventory and ledger control. * **Experience:** Preferred experience in warehouses, logistics, or the hospitality industry. * **Competencies:** Organization, responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork.
