Job Summary: Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in rooms and common areas. 2. Supervise electrical, plumbing, lighting, gasfitting, and painting equipment. 3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and fault reports. Maintenance Technician Job Objective Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment, and areas, guaranteeing operational continuity and an appropriate guest experience. Main Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in rooms and common areas. * Supervise the operation of electrical, plumbing, lighting, gasfitting, and painting equipment. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and fault reports. * Coordinate external repairs when necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in facilities. * Maintain basic control over maintenance tools, materials, and equipment. Requirements * Technical education in electricity, maintenance, mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in hotels or service industries. * Basic knowledge of electricity, gasfitting, painting, and carpentry.
