REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- 1 year of experience as a HOSTESS or PROMOTER. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Greet customers on the floor and communicate promotions. \- Monitor service delivery to customers playing on the floor. \- Announce raffles, promotions, and prizes via public address system, following instructions from the Floor Manager, in a manner that motivates and excites customers. \- Redeem showcase prizes for tickets and/or accumulated points. \- Report suspicious behavior observed among customers or floor staff to the Security Agent and Floor Manager to prevent or minimize risks.
