Wishing you great success throughout this process! * Business Line: Operations * Unit: Collections * Level: 4.1 * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Branch Network Unit in Peru by ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are executed or achieved in support of the team’s business strategies and goals. Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities * Plan daily field visits and identify tools to maximize effective customer contact, in line with parameters established in the field collections management model. * Manage and negotiate debt resolution with customers by applying effective contact actions (e.g., visits, calls, etc.). * Communicate and record on the same day the results and incidents arising from field collections activities in the collections software to ensure proper follow-up. * Actively participate in motivational meetings, training sessions, and practice workshops to strengthen personal capabilities in customer management and negotiation. * Comply with current Consumer Protection Regulations related to field collections activities to mitigate risks of potential sanctions by the regulatory authority. Requirements: * University or technical degree in Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum six months’ experience, preferably in delinquent portfolio management at financial or commercial institutions. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * Personal transportation is mandatory.
