Workplace: San Miguel – Lima Modality: On-site (Monday to Friday) Requirements Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or project-based companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pivot tables (intermediate level). Knowledge of KPIs, Power BI, dashboards, and management tools. Experience in variance and budget analysis. Solid knowledge of Human Resources (hard HR): Payroll Labor legislation Civil construction General Tax Regime SUNAFIL regulations Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
