Prestigious 4⭐ Hotel – We are seeking 1 **Accounting Assistant** in **Puno.** **Objective** Support the management and control of the company’s financial resources through proper cash flow administration, timely payment fulfillment, and bank account reconciliation, in accordance with established accounting and financial guidelines. **Requirements** * Graduate in Accounting (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury. * Proficiency in accounting and banking systems. * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, financial formulas). * Attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and effective communication. **Responsibilities** * Perform daily and/or weekly bank reconciliations. * Prepare and record payments to suppliers, services, and tax obligations. * Conduct cash counts. * Monitor cash flow and prepare daily reports. * Support budget preparation and treasury forecasting. * Manage and archive financial documentation (payment receipts, bank statements, etc.). * Coordinate with banks for basic operations (transfers, inquiries, etc.). * Comply with internal financial control procedures. **Considerations** * Immediate availability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday and Saturdays (half-day). * Benefits according to law. \*Suitable for persons with disabilities.
