It All Starts WITH YOU! **About You** In this Machine Operator 2 role, you will focus on winning with consumers and the market, placing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. * Complete the process checklist by filling out tracking forms within the first two hours of your work shift. * Interpret KPIs related to safety, quality, and productivity, and propose solutions for any deviations. * Accurately complete documented information assigned to your position according to established Quality standards. * Perform CTI (Clean to Inspect) according to the established schedule; ensure sanitization of the machine structure immediately after completing autonomous care activities, and record compliance on the corresponding form. * In case of machine issues, first verify that process variables are within their specified ranges, then review the associated ACR and troubleshooting guide to adopt the most appropriate solution. Return to initial settings if favorable results are not achieved and request support. * Report identified solutions using the problem resolution form and take responsibility for updating the ACR for your work area. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: **Required Qualifications** * Completed secondary education. * Two years of experience in similar roles operating machinery/equipment related to your work zone/area. * Basic proficiency in Office/Microsoft 365\. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience operating production machinery with knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management. * Experience operating production machinery in fast-moving consumer goods companies. * Technical background in mechanical maintenance, industrial plant maintenance, production mechanics, electromechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or related fields. **Guided by Purpose.
