Opportunity to gain experience and grow professionally **Distribution Center Operators – Huachipa \| No experience required** We are currently looking for **Distribution Center Operators** who wish to begin or advance their experience in the **logistics sector**. **No prior warehouse experience is required.** We seek responsible, committed individuals with a willingness to learn. You will receive training on operational processes and have the opportunity to develop new skills and access a **career progression path within the distribution center**. Main Responsibilities * Receive, store, pick, and dispatch merchandise. * Inspect and maintain products in good condition. * Record and control inventory across various operational processes. * Comply with safety procedures and proper storage practices. * Support various operational activities within the distribution center. Candidate Profile * Age: between **18 and 45 years**. * Male. * Completed secondary education. * Valid national ID (DNI). * **No prior experience required.** * Prior experience in warehouses, production, distribution, or operational roles will be considered an advantage. * Individuals interested in **learning and developing within the logistics sector**. * Availability to work **rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and night)**. * Immediate availability. * Residency in areas near **Huachipa**. Work Schedules **Day Shift:** 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. – Monday to Saturday. **Afternoon Shift:** 2:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. – Monday to Saturday. **Night Shift:** 10:15 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. – Sunday to Friday. The schedule indicates the start shift; rotation occurs approximately every **3 months**, according to operational needs. Availability for **regular overtime** is required, based on operational needs. Overtime is **paid in accordance with applicable law**. Benefits * Enrollment in the **general payroll regime from day one**, including all statutory benefits. * Family allowance, if applicable. * SCTR, Life Insurance (Ley), CTS, bonuses, vacation, and EsSalud. * **Overtime pay at 25% and 35%**, as applicable. * **Holiday pay**, if applicable. * Meal coverage at **70% for day and afternoon shifts** (employee pays S/ 3\). * Meal coverage at **100% for night shift**, including breakfast. * Community transportation for the day shift to **SJL, Chosica, and Independencia**, subject to capacity, routes, and designated stops. * Exclusive transportation for the afternoon shift departure to **Huaycán and SJL**. * Monthly recognition of Employee of the Month. * Semi-annual recognition as Superlogístico. * Health and education loans. * Educational agreements with institutions and universities. Compensation **Base salary: S/ 1,300 per month.** Additionally, **night shift premium pay** is applied, according to the assigned shift. Payment Method * First month: payment on the last business day of the month. * From the second month onward: payments on the **10th and 25th of each month**. Location **Av. Ramiro Prialé and Av.
