Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to continuously optimize driver production through data analysis and predictive modeling, contributing to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous optimization of driver production levels. 2. Data monitoring and deviation detection. 3. Development of automated dashboards and predictive models. We are proud to be the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport, as well as for Lima’s most important shopping centers and corporations. **What We Require:** * Final-year students or recent graduates in Engineering, Administration, Statistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in data analysis. * Knowledge of mobility operations KPIs, cohort analysis, fleet productivity indicators, and supply-demand metrics. * Experience using dashboard automation tools and scheduled reporting systems. * Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio, and basic SQL (preferred). * Knowledge of predictive model development and management. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. **We Offer:** * Compensation: S/ 1800.00 * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Vive Directo benefits package (partnerships and discounts on our taxi service). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, at our Miraflores office: Mariscal La Mar 1120 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure continuous optimization of active driver production levels through data monitoring, deviation detection, corrective action design, and report generation to support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making. * Review daily production KPIs: trips per driver, active hours, occupancy rate, average hourly revenue, cancellations, no-shows, among others. * Prepare periodic reports for the Supply Head, Management, and other internal stakeholders on productive performance. * Investigate factors driving production variations: demand issues, low-occupancy zones, scheduling failures, etc. * Develop automated dashboards and real-time KPI alerts (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.). * Collaborate on developing predictive models of productive behavior. \*This job posting complies with Law No. 29973, promoting the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market.
