Opportunity to take on new challenges within a dynamic and growing team We seek a highly analytical and results-driven professional to join our team as a Finance Controller, playing a key role in financial management and strategic control of real estate projects. **Position Mission** To be responsible for the company’s and real estate projects’ comprehensive financial control, ensuring profitability, financial sustainability, and proper budget execution through strategic analysis, cost control, and financial forecasting. Main Responsibilities * Develop and analyze financial models to assess the viability and profitability of real estate projects. * Monitor cash flows, budgets, and financial forecasts for the company and its projects. * Control costs, budget variances, and financial execution, proposing corrective actions. * Prepare financial reports and KPIs for management and the board. * Participate in financial planning processes and resource optimization. * Support negotiations with banks, investors, and financial institutions. * Coordinate with operational, accounting, and commercial departments to ensure financial compliance across projects. * Implement improvements in management control and financial reporting processes. Requirements * University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Financial Planning roles. * Experience in the real estate or construction sector (desirable). * Essential knowledge of S10\. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. * Knowledge of budgetary control, cash flow management, and financial evaluation of projects. * Strong analytical ability, results orientation, and capacity to work under pressure.
