Proposes improvements to management control processes Join our team! We are currently looking for an **Operations Controller** to strengthen control and efficiency across our processes. Analyze, evaluate, and define the optimal channel for executing operational requests, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and business profitability. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and filter post-sales department requests. * Evaluate internal execution versus outsourcing from both technical and economic perspectives. * Validate budgets, quotations, and costs. * Monitor cost and time deviations. * Track collections and revenue control. * Evaluate supplier performance. * Generate efficiency and savings reports. * Propose improvements to management control processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial analysis. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Power BI (desirable). **Competencies** * Analytical ability * Problem-solving skills * Effective communication * Teamwork * Stress tolerance **Benefits** * Formal employment registration * Full statutory benefits **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM **Apply now and become part of a growing company!** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
