Position Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant for maintenance, handling requests, and reporting activities, contributing to process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the Maintenance Department Head informed about completed work. 2. Propose process improvement initiatives for the respective area. 3. Manage and report maintenance activities and address requests. We are the largest private healthcare network in the country and are looking for top talent to join the San Juan Bautista Clinic team as a **General Services Assistant**. **Responsibilities:** * Keep the Maintenance Department Head informed about completed work. * Propose process improvement initiatives for the respective area. * Address requests from rooms and consultation rooms (door locks, bathrooms and adjacent areas, among others). * Manage and report maintenance activities, submitting work orders to the department head and supporting other assigned functions. **Requirements:** * Six months of experience (preferred) in general maintenance tasks. * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho. * Availability to work rotating shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Responsibility, commitment, and willingness to learn. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * San Pablo Family Health Plan with discounts and preferential rates. * Opportunity to join a reputable, solid, and growing company.
