No prior experience required We are a company dedicated to the construction industry and are currently seeking a CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT. **PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS:** * Perform cleaning, organization, and support in proper assignment as directed by supervisor. * Assist in receiving and unloading materials arriving at the construction site. * Facilitate various on-site activities by transporting tools, supplies, or materials as required. * Assist in delivery of work, including loading and unloading of materials arriving at the construction site. * Assist in other operational functions assigned by the supervisor or foreman. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * With or without prior experience in construction projects (not mandatory). * Responsible, organized individual with willingness to perform physical labor and work in a team. * Minimum Required Academic Level: completed secondary education * Minimum Required Work Experience: * No work experience required. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00–17:45 hrs; Saturdays, 7:00–13:00 hrs. * Lunch break: 13:00–14:00 hrs. * Probationary period: 1 month (paid), followed by formal payroll registration. * Salary: S/1,600.00 to S/1,800.00 monthly (subject to evaluation) * Employment Type: Full-time * Work Location: On-site employment – LIMA Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
