Requires organizational, analytical, and pressure-resistant working capabilities. **PAYROLL ASSISTANT** We are currently seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or technical diploma holder in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a payroll clerk or in roles related to personnel and payroll administration. * Knowledge of payroll preparation and processing, employment contracts, T-Registration enrollments and terminations, attendance tracking, and labor calculations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of labor legislation and document management. * Organizational, analytical, and pressure-resistant working capabilities. **Employment Conditions:** * Initial contract under RXH for the first 3 months. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month. * Monthly remuneration between S/. 1,800 and S/. 2,000, depending on evaluation. * Availability to work in the Chorrillos district. We seek an organized, responsible individual with payroll management experience.
