Job Summary: We are seeking a manufacturing operator for candy production, focused on kneading, stamping, and operating and maintaining machinery to ensure product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and sanitation of the work area We are a company dedicated to candy manufacturing under pharmaceutical standards, contributing to well-being through innovation. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment regime with 100% comprehensive benefits \- 50% food allowance \- Statutory life insurance \- Enrollment in Essalud or EPS health insurance \- Overtime pay and career development path **Requirements:** \- Knead and stamp candy tablets, sampling and controlling their weights. \- Proper operation of the kneading table, roller, equalizer, stamper, and conveyor belt. \- Perform cleaning and sanitation of the kneading table, roller, equalizer, and stamper before and after the product manufacturing process. \- Calibrate machines according to product specifications. \- Replace molds and adjust the opening size of the equalizer discs according to each product's specifications. \- Perform candy kneading on the kneading table. \- Ensure dough uniformity while maintaining appropriate temperature for feeding into the stamper machine. \- Oversee candy molding, ensuring no air bubbles are present and that tablet texture is correct. \- Adjust weight, dimensions, and logo according to each product's specifications. \- Perform cleaning and sanitation of the work area. \- Fill out and affix the "Clean Equipment" label on each machine under their responsibility. \- Daily return used molds properly washed and sanitized to the Clean Equipment area of production, with their "Clean and Sanitized" label. \- Enter information or parameters related to their duties into manufacturing orders or guidelines. \- Immediately notify the supervisor upon detecting any malfunction or unusual noise suggesting potential component or equipment failure.
