As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts to drive sustainable development and find solutions to the world’s greatest challenges—such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** **Mission:** Perform basic administrative tasks and computerized processing of documentation related to their unit/department, following instructions from their supervisor, to meet the needs of internal clients. **Candidate Requirements** **ACCIONA**, within its **WATER** business, is seeking a Resident Assistant for corrective maintenance services. **Responsibilities:** * Organize documents with specialized operators for submission of work orders to supervisors for review. * Support coordination with crews to collect both recoverable and non-recoverable materials from the warehouse, enabling departure from the base before 07:00 am to the worksite. * Track work order scheduling in GOTA to ensure crews can respond to emergencies. * Support the Resident and coordinate with logistics to ensure materials arrive at the base. * Track work orders, verify field compliance, and monitor resource usage. * Assist in report preparation, record incidents of unsafe acts at work, and facilitate communication with safety personnel to prevent potential field accidents. * Verify compliance with safety regulations, support inductions, and assist in risk identification. * Support the Resident in reviewing contractor valuations. * Coordinate with crews regarding exploratory trenching to verify interferences and thereby execute potable water and/or collection pipeline sections. * Track changes in work order statuses within GOTA. * Prepare corner drawings in AutoCAD for collection areas, potable water systems, and connections. * Enter work orders into SGIO. Requirements: * Technical diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in this position. * Proficiency in the SGIOC system (preferred).
