Job Description: *On behalf of our client — a Peruvian company focused on service excellence and high operational efficiency in the design, manufacturing, repair, maintenance, and sale of heat exchangers — we are currently seeking:* **RADIATOR MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** Job Description: ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Execution and support in washing, testing, and maintenance of equipment in the technical service department. * Participation in disassembly, assembly, and technical evaluation of equipment, including report preparation. * Support in metal structure work (grinding, painting, and cold/hot straightening). * Compliance with safety regulations, as well as workplace order and cleanliness. ***SKILLS:*** Practical, proactive, and responsible, with strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively under pressure. ***PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*** * Proficiency in using power tools. * Basic knowledge of washing systems according to type of impurities (degreasers, descalers) and application conditions (pressure, temperature). * Basic knowledge of painting systems according to their function and protective requirements. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima (Ref.: Plaza 2 de Mayo). * Willingness to travel outside Lima. * Availability to work: Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. ***BENEFITS:*** * Formal employment registration from day one, with full statutory benefits. * Overtime pay at 100%. * Opportunity for professional development and career progression. * Remuneration: S/. 1200\. \+ bonuses.
