Our clients are residential buildings and multi-family condominiums. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in similar positions. **Basic knowledge in:** * Electrical systems, panels, and auxiliary equipment. * Water pumps and constant pressure systems (preferred). * Pipes (PVC, HDPE), electrofusion and thermofusion work. * Infrastructure maintenance. * Leak detection and plumbing work. * Driver's license for car/pickup truck (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Resolve technical faults. * Carry out repair work on electrical and sanitary installations. * Perform general infrastructure work.
