Maintenance Supervisor (Remote Operations)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to review facilities, manage technical reports, evaluate KPIs, and assess customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and advisory support for equipment inspections and maintenance. 2. Supervision and management of technical reports for customers and suppliers. 3. Development and analysis of KPIs for service and process management. We are looking for a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** \- Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields. (PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED) \- Academic background and/or knowledge in Engineering or technical disciplines focused on industrial equipment maintenance. \- Proficiency in Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint at intermediate level). \- Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions. \- Committed to continuous improvement of personal and team performance. **Responsibilities:** \- Review and advise on inspections for equipment installation, preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Supervise and manage the preparation of technical reports for customers and/or suppliers. \- Develop, evaluate, and analyze KPIs related to service management and process control. \- Review load schedules and equipment technical specifications together with the Projects Department. \- Evaluate customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and incorporate them into the training plan. \- Develop and evaluate technically required company forms (test protocols, equipment inspection checklists for installation or maintenance, work procedures, and any other applicable forms). \- Responsible for tracking customer requirements and needs, and reporting them to Management. \- Inspect facilities or equipment at new client sites to prepare an economic proposal for a maintenance plan. **Benefits:** \- Payments on the 15th and 30th of each month. \- Birthday bonus. \- Full social benefits. \- Career development path. \- Positive work environment. **Work Schedule:** 14 X 7 Willingness to travel to mining sites. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information.
