IMPORTANT FOR YOUR APPLICATION To be considered in the selection process, **it is mandatory to complete our form**: **https://shorturl.at/QQ3Qr** What will be your responsibilities? * **Gather, analyze, and document** functional requirements from various departments of the company. * **Analyze operational processes** and identify improvement opportunities through technological solutions. * **Create flowcharts**, functional documentation, and process optimization proposals. * **Define functional requirements**, business rules, and acceptance criteria for new developments or enhancements. * **Coordinate** with end users, development team, and QA to ensure correct implementation of solutions. * **Participate in functional testing**, change validation, and incident tracking. * **Analyze operational or technical problems**, identify root causes, and propose action plans. * **Develop indicators and metrics (KPIs)** to measure the impact of implemented improvements. * **Provide functional support** to internal users regarding the company's systems. What qualifications are we seeking? * **Education:** Technical or university studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields (in progress, graduate, or bachelor’s degree). * **Technical knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of requirements analysis and functional documentation. * Basic knowledge of databases (**SQL**). * **Key skills:** * Ability to analyze processes, ask relevant questions, and structure ambiguous situations. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Organizational ability and problem-solving skills. * **Desirable (not mandatory):** Knowledge of agile methodologies, ERP or CRM systems. Position Conditions * **Remuneration:** S/ 1,300.00 to S/ 1,500.00 per month (based on evaluation/experience). * **Work modality:** On-site. * **Work location:** La Victoria, Lima. * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
