Efficient administration and organization of warehouse merchandise **Reputable company HELATONYS S.A.C. – Yamboly Ice Creams** is seeking a **COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSE OPERATOR**, with experience in mass-consumption companies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Age: between 25 and 40 years old. * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Warehouse Operator or in similar positions. * Good health and physical condition suitable for cold-environment work. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Immediate availability to work 12-hour shifts. * Residence in Lima, preferably in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor inbound and outbound movements in raw material warehouses, identifying and correcting discrepancies between system records and physical stock. * Supervise dispatches of raw materials to various company production lines, both physically and within the SAP system. * Carry out daily operational coordination for warehouse activities. * Track achievement of warehouse performance indicators (ERI, ERU, productivity, unloading times, etc.). * Ensure proper preparation of materials for manufacturing orders. * Receive and register merchandise according to purchase orders. * Administer, organize, and arrange merchandise within the warehouse. * Conduct periodic physical inventories. * Verify proper rotation of supplies and materials, ensuring no expired products remain in the processing area. * Continuously review warehouse procedures (transfers, receipts, and dispatches), ensuring control over PNC, raw material, and packaging warehouses. **COMPETENCIES** * Leadership * Teamwork * Business acumen * Results orientation * Proactivity * Order and methodical work habits * Interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Company covers 50% of meal expenses. * Base salary \+ Bonus components: S/2400\.00 Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.2,400\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
