We are currently looking for a Junior Community Manager to join our team and contribute to the company’s digital growth. Main Responsibilities * Manage and administer the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). * Create creative and strategic content for digital campaigns. * Design monthly content calendars. * Engage with the digital community by responding to messages and comments. * Monitor metrics and prepare performance reports. * Perform other duties assigned by direct supervision. Requirements * Currently enrolled in the final cycles of a technical or university program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Internship experience in Community Management or digital marketing. * Proficiency in managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools. * Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). * Creativity, proactivity, and strong communication skills. * Ability to generate viral content and identify trends. **Offer:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll starting from Day 1. .
