Availability to work **rotating shifts** in San Borja (and possible support at locations in Miraflores, San Isidro, and Surco). Preparing dishes correctly according to standardized recipes. 2. Preparing dressings and ingredients, among other production tasks. 3. Assisting with receiving orders, ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4. Executing Mise & Place for the area, monitoring and ensuring product quality and established standards. 5. Immediately informing the kitchen manager if any products are missing or need to be discarded. 6. Cleaning and organizing the work area before, during, and after service. 7. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8. Collaborating in preserving raw materials and finished products according to established standards. 9. Understanding and correctly completing required forms and production records.
