Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Multifamily Housing Project Architect to join our team, specializing in the design of multifamily buildings. Key Highlights: 1. CORNEJO \+ FIORINI ARQUITECTOS is an architecture firm specialized in the design of multifamily buildings. We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our team. Applicants must have a MINIMUM OF THREE (3) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in architectural space programming and preparation of architectural preliminary designs for multifamily buildings. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and development of multifamily building architecture projects at the preliminary and final design stages using REVIT. * Development of architectural space programming. * Other duties as assigned within the office. REQUIREMENTS: * Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory) — experience working with central models, creating filters, parameters, and families. * Thorough knowledge of Peru’s National Building Regulation (RNE) (highly important) and municipal ordinances. * Minimum three years of experience in architectural space programming and architectural design of multifamily buildings. SKILLS: * Creative, proactive, and committed to work. * High level of integrity and punctuality. * Strong communication skills at all levels.
