




Job Summary: Supports the administrative and operational management of HR, ensuring personnel information accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Key Highlights: 1. Support key recruitment and personnel selection processes. 2. Manage and update personnel physical and digital files. 3. Provide support in document preparation and handling basic inquiries. Job Objective As the responsible person for the Human Resources department, execute administrative and operational processes, ensuring proper handling of personnel information and compliance with internal policies. Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination). * Support onboarding and offboarding of personnel (personnel files, contracts, documentation). * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. * Attendance, tardiness, leave, and vacation tracking. * Provide support in preparing HR documents (letters, memoranda, certificates). * Coordinate employee inductions and support internal company activities. * Handle basic personnel inquiries related to labor matters. * Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel and office tools (basic/intermediate level). * Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.
